BUCS League season coming to an end for Saints teams
After a BUCS season that began in early October, Saints teams are rounding off their matches this Wednesday when the Women’s 2nd and Men’s 1st both travel to take on Glasgow Uni.
The Men 1sts play Glasgow 2nd in a match that could see Saints earning a place in the play offs for the North Premier League. The men have never reached the Premier League below and have only once previously reached the play-offs. To earn that chance, they need at least a draw v Glasgow 2nd in their final Scottish Div 1 match.
The Women’s 2nd team are taking on Glasgow 1st which may decide if they finish 2nd or 3rd in Scottish Division 1. They still have a fixture to re-schedule v Aberdeen 1st but the re-schedule date hasn’t been confirmed yet.
